Our Jr. Instructors had the opportunity to lead as Jr. Coaches, inspiring the Jr. Development players through their examples. Opportunities like these are possible thanks to Coach Khole's, Coach Cassidy's and Hockey Equality's ongoing support and dedication!
Dates: Sunday, January 4th - Sunday, March 29th, 2026 (exclusion date March 15th)
Time: 5:10 PM to 6:10 PM
Location: Thornhill Community Centre - East Rink
Cost: $200 for 12 sessions
Ages: Open to players from the ages of 6 to 12 years old
Our Jr. Development Program will focus on power skating, speed, agility, and puck control to help players advance their skills.
Each new skater will receive a jersey and a pair of hockey socks.
Spaces are limited, and registration is on a first come, first served basis.
Open to boys and girls.
Professional Lead Instructors from Hockey Equality.
Jr. Instructors from the Markham Islanders and Markham Majors U15-U18 teams.
